Final sale items Because our pieces are unique and can't be restocked, please choose carefully and check the size guide before purchasing.
Faulty or damaged items If your item arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll sort out a refund or resolution.
Change of mind Because each piece is unique and one-off, we're currently unable to offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges. If you're unsure about sizing or fit, message us before ordering — we're happy to help.
